Be open like water on water:
Rain droplets suspended by breezes
Like precious pearls pinched off
When they hit the water with a
Plop!
Perfect spheres of sky
Skyting over the surface,
Sometimes it seems for seconds.
Why didn’t I know of this phenomenon
Before?
Only under the right
Environmental conditions
Does it seem to happen:
Heavy rain, wind blowing.
See?
Like a multitude of stars
Spread o’er the ripples on the water
Until they fall and disappear when
The uplifting breath has left and they are
Done.
Then the water and the water become
One.
